SHIPPING TERMS

 

At toystar.nl is one of our main goals to provide high-quality and safe shipping options so that our customers can enjoy our products at home with their loved ones without worries. To ensure that we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we ship the products directly from our distribution center. This allows us to save significant amounts on storage, transportation, and packaging costs and offer you the products at a reasonable price.

 

Delivery time

 

The delivery time consists of two main components:

  1. Processing time (1-2 business days):

   - Adjustments

   - Quality control

   - Packaging

  1. Delivery time (6-7 working days depending on destination):

   - Order Cutoff Time: 21:00 (GMT+1) Amsterdam

   - Processing days: Monday to Friday

 

Total estimated delivery time (estimated):

   - Netherlands: 7 - 9 working days* (standard shipping)
   - Belgium: 7 - 9 working days* (standard shipping)
   - Germany: 7 - 9 business days* (standard shipping)
   - United Kingdom: 7 - 9 business days* (standard shipping)
   - Ireland: 8-10 business days* (standard shipping)
   - Italy: 7 - 9 working days* (standard shipping)
   - France: 7 - 9 working days* (standard shipping)
   - Spain:    7 - 9 working days* (standard shipping)

*The delivery time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our international transport center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery location.

*All delivery times above exclude customs duties and related delays. During periods of increased demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers, delays may occur.

 

Shipping costs

In summary:

  • Free shipping for orders over 30 euros within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, and Spain.
  • Standard shipping costs of 4.95 euros for orders under 30 euros within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, and Spain

    For the United Kingdom, shipping costs are 4.95 GBP for orders under 35 GBP. From 35 GBP, there are no shipping costs and shipping is free.

 

At toystar.nl we want to provide transparency and clarity regarding our shipping costs.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany for orders with a total amount over 30 euros. 
This means that if your order exceeds the 30 euro threshold, you pay no additional costs for shipping your package.

For orders under 30 euros, shipping costs apply. The standard shipping cost for these orders is 4.95 euros. These costs are added to the total order amount at checkout.

We strive to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible while providing a reliable and efficient delivery service. By shipping our products directly from our distribution center, we can keep costs low and offer you the best value.

 

Where is my package?

 

After the package is packed, it is handed over to our transport company and you will receive a track & trace email. For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, the order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

 

Defective product?

 

How unfortunate! Unfortunately, your product can be damaged during transport. That is why we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective the second time, you will receive a full refund.

Order Tracking

 

We understand how exciting it is to wait for your order. That’s why we offer a seamless and detailed tracking system. Simply enter your order number and email address on our tracking page to get real-time updates on your package’s journey. From leaving the warehouse to your doorstep, stay informed every step of the way. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your order’s location, our customer service team is ready to help.

 

Package lost?

In the event that a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding to our refund and return policy.

 

Import duties

In some cases, customs may carry out inspections on the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, the legislation changed on July 1, 2021, and we have no influence on this. In some cases, customs may claim a small amount of import fees. However, this does not happen in 99% of cases. If import duties apply, please contact us.

 

Delivery not at home or at the post office

 

If a package is delivered to your home or handed over at a post office, the toystar.nl the costs for the delivery of the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and they may deduct 8.95 EUR from the amount to be refunded to you.

 

Why is my package tracking not working?

 

In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for the transport company to update the location of the package. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.
