Processing refunds
When you send an email to our customer service to initiate a return, your request will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that due to high demand, immediate responses may not always be possible.
Customer satisfaction
We strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you experience any issues with the product, please contact us immediately via info@toystar.nl for assistance.
Refund eligibility
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. If you cancel, you have another 30 days to return the product. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Contact us via info@toystar.nl to start the return process.
If the return shipment is caused by the consumer, the shipping costs are borne by the consumer. The specific costs depend on the chosen courier company.
If the received goods are damaged or not in order for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
Refund process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Issuance of refund: After inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Return shipment costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment, which is approximately 8.95 EUR per package.
Non-returnable items
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Sealed products that have been opened
- Custom-made products according to consumer specifications
- Personal items that cannot be returned due to their nature
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days via info@toystar.nl with a photo of the defect. We will replace the product or provide a full refund. For recurring defects, we reimburse the purchase amount.
