Bee toystar.nl is one of our main goals to provide high-quality and secure shipping options so that our customers can enjoy our products at home with their loved ones worry-free. To ensure that we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we ship the products directly from our distribution center. This allows us to save significant amounts on storage, transportation, and packaging costs and offer you the products at a reasonable price.

*The delivery time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our international transport center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery location.
*All the above delivery times exclude customs duties and related delays. During periods of increased demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers, delays may occur.

Standard shipping costs of 4.95 euros for orders under 30 euros within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Ireland, Finland, and Portugal.

Standard shipping costs of £4.95 GBP for orders under £35 GBP in the United Kingdom.
 
- 
Standard shipping costs of 19.99 zł for orders under 130 zł in Poland.
 
- Standard shipping costs of 69 SEK for orders under 330 SEK in Sweden.

Where is my package?
After the package is packed, it is handed over to our transport company and you receive a track & trace email. For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, the order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.
Defective product?
How unfortunate! Unfortunately, your product can be damaged during transport. That is why we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot provide a refund. If it arrives defective the second time, you will receive a full refund.

Order Tracking
We understand how exciting it is to wait for your order. That's why we offer a seamless and detailed tracking system. Simply enter your order number and email address on our tracking page to get real-time updates on your package's journey. From departure from the warehouse to your doorstep, stay informed every step of the way. If you experience issues or have questions about your order's location, our customer service team is ready to help.
Package lost?
In the event that a package is lost or not delivered due to logistics reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding to our refund and return policy.
Duties
In some cases, customs may inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, the legislation changed as of July 1, 2021, and we have no influence on this. In some cases, customs may claim a small amount of import fees. However, this does not happen in 99% of cases. If import duties apply, please contact us.
Delivery not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to your home or dropped off at a post office, the toystar.nl the costs for the delivery of the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and they may deduct 8.95 EUR from the refund amount to you.
Why isn't my package tracking working?
In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for the transport company to update the package location. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.
